A test kit will be dispatched to you and you can conveniently collect your sample in the comfort of your home.

Return samples for analysis via the provided courier packaging.

Once we recieve your results, we will contact you to organise your consultation and 3 month follow up.

How is my privacy protected?
The privacy and security of your genetic information are extremely important to us.
Your DNA remains your property at all times.
All samples are de-identified upon arrival at the laboratory to protect your identity.
DNA samples are destroyed after testing is completed.
Your information is never shared with third parties.
All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers to ensure confidentiality.
How long will it take for my test kit to arrive?
Most test kits arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or regional areas may take up to 10 business days.
If you don't receive your test kit within 10 days, please contact us so we can follow up.
How long do I have to complete my test?
Each test kit includes an expiry date, which is printed on the collection bag. Most kits have an expiry period of 6–12 months, giving you plenty of time to complete your test.
If your kit expires before you return it, a replacement kit can be issued for a $17 recollection fee.
How long will it take to receive my results?
Turnaround times vary depending on the test selected.
Most tests are completed within approximately 14 days.
The myDNA Comprehensive Health Report typically takes 3–4 weeks to complete.
You will be notified as soon as your results are available.
Can I receive a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds once a test has been purchased and submitted for processing. The process begins shortly after your order is received by the laboratory, so we encourage you to choose your test carefully.

How do I book my consultation?
Once your results are ready, we will email you a copy of your results along with instructions for booking your consultation.
During your consultation, we will explain your results in detail and provide personalised recommendations to help you achieve your health goals.
